I have excelled in all of the advanced classes given by my school with an overall average of around a 94. I've volunteered to help coach 2 youth volleyball teams and 1 softball team. I was the starting setter on the JV Volleyball team and the starting 2nd Baseman for the Varsity Softball team as a freshman. I was also one of 10 students out of 60 selected to participate in the Athlete Helping Athlete program in my school. I was also the lead Annie in my school production of the play Annie, and participated in All County Chorus. I have been playing piano for 7 years, have been first chair in my violin section for 6 years, and have just picked up the guitar. I want to use my musical talent to not only be able to play music but to make it as well. I believe this program will help me in doing so.
